Germany - In this country a lot of the people value privacy and punctuality and also strive for perfection, give formal greetings, dont give red roses and also don't give carnations
France - Try to look fancy with high end clothing and it is also good to socialize when eating dinner. Don't use someones first name unless you're invited to and don't give 13 flowers to someone.
Netherlands - Citizens here pay attention to clothing so wear nice things, be disciplined and don't boast about money or your accomplishments also don't gift pointed items it is considered unlucky.
Austria - Do eat dinner with your family or friends together, also keep your house organized and clean. Don't give red carnations and always give an odd number of flowers to someone if you're gifting it.
Belgium - if you get a written invitation you are expected to write a response, and also keep your wrists above the table when eating. Don't be confrontational and don't arrive late somewhere because it can seem that you're unreliable.
